The elegantly rustic victoria sandwich cake is proving very popular at the Vanilla Pod Bakery this wedding season. We have been creating the cakes as single tiers as well as two and three tiers. This looks fits in perfectly with vintage english garden theme.  The cakes can either be two or three layers and are sandwiched with strawberry jam and yummy buttercream, they are then lightly coated with buttercream and finished with lots of seasonal fresh fruit and flowers.
